Tryouts for the Fall 2024 SOAC Travel Soccer teams are now scheduled For April 22 to May 4, 2023! All Teams for players born in years 2011-2016 will take place that week. If your child has a 2017 birthday, they will be allowed to tryout for a 2016 team. 2010 Girls are planning practices and a late fall season. 2010 Gold Boys are determining a possible fall season, both are registering now. All other HS programs will tryout after HS season.
2016 parents - we will need coaches for the upcoming teams. While professional training is set up, a parent is responsible for game-day Sundays. Please mark yourself as a volunteer in the registration, and email

If you are a recreation player considering travel, SOAC Travel soccer increases training time to two days a week, with competitive games on Sundays in the fall and spring in the Westchester Youth Soccer League, spanning from Manhattan to all of Westchester County. Home games take place at Granite Knolls, Legacy Woodlands, and older teams Lakeland High School.
Each team will be assigned a professional trainer at least once a week. We will be using both our pool of private professional trainers and our relationship with NYCFC Youth to give our players the 'extra voice' needed to help improve skills and play. If selected for a team, Approval of your registration slot and payment of the fee is requested. The fee is 600 dollars, not including uniform. The fee can be paid in 3 installments between May and the end of August. You will not be charged until you have been assigned a team and accepted the position. For returning players, there will be no uniform change this year.
Current players playing 'up' (2015 player on a 2014 team, for example), can either tryout for their current teams, or their natural age group. ALL current players must re-register for tryouts.
