Shrub Oak Athletic Club Announces
FIELD HOCKEY 2013
Practices will be held Sunday evenings from 5:30 – 8:30 on the turf at Lakeland HS

End of August through November 10 |
| Grades: |
Girls in Grades 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8
Grades 3 - 4 will be clinic format
Grades 5 - 8 will be travel format playing teams from Southern Westchester & Connecticut |
| Fee: |
$80.00 (plus family fee of $25 if first sport of 2013) - Checks payable to SOAC |

Registration will be held in the Shrub Oak Room in the Administration Building of Lakeland Central School District the following dates/times:
Saturday June 15 12 noon - 2:00 PM
Wednesday June 19 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Friday June 21 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
REGISTRATION AFTER SATURDAY, 6/21 WILL HAVE A LATE FEE OF $20!
All participants must be USA Field Hockey members. You must register at usfieldhockey.com |

US Field Hockey registration receipt must be brought to first practice |
Participants must provide their own field hockey stick, shin guards, goggles & mouthpiece.
We are in need of coaches to assist with practices and games (field hockey experience not required)
