Shrub Oak Athletic Club Announces FIELD HOCKEY 2008 Conducted by Coach Sharon Sarsen & the Lakeland High School Field Hockey Team Practices will be held at Lakeland HS Sunday mornings from 9:30 - 11:00 Dates: September 7 - through November 2 Grades: Girls in Grades 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 Fee: $85.00 (Registration includes US Field Hockey membership) (plus family fee of $25 if first sport of 2008) Registration: In-person registration: Sunday, September 7, 2008 @ Lakeland HS field Please Note: US Field Hockey Forms/ Applications will be available at registration. USFH forms can also be downloaded at: usfieldhockey.com Participants must provide their own field hockey stick, goggles & mouthpiece.
