A Program For All Ages!
The Shrub Oak Athletic Club's Girls Lacrosse Program gives area girls currently attending kindergarten through 8th grade the opportunity to play the fastest growing game in the country. We offer an Instructional Clinic for our K - 2nd graders all the way through competitive grade based teams which practice/play games typically 2 and on some occasions 3x/per week against other local towns and villages throughout Westchester County. All the while with our coaches emphasis on building fundamental skills, learning positions, sportsmanship and understanding the game of lacrosse. Whether you are new to the game or a seasoned player this program is for you!
Based on requested field availability this will be he home practice/game days for our programs*. Away games can be scheduled on other days based on our opponent's schedule for fields in their town.
-K-2 Sunday 8:00am - 9:00am
-3rd & 4th Grade Wednesday 7:00pm - 8:30pm & Sunday 9:00am - 10:00am
-5th & 6th Grade Thursday 7:00pm - 8:30pm & Sunday 10:00am - 11:00am
-7th & 8th Grade Tuesday 7:30pm - 9:00pm & Sunday 11:00am - 12:00pm
*All days and times are based on field availability made accessible to our program by the Lakeland Central School District. Dates and times are subject to change at the directive of the district office and/or the team coach's schedule. The SOAC Girls & Boys lacrosse programs follow the respective high school teams which annually alternate the use of the facilities at both Lakeland and Walter Panas High School. During the 2024 Lakeland-Panas Girls Lacrosse team will call the stadium turf at Lakeland High School home thus, all 2024 SOAC Girls Lacrosse practices and home games will also be held at this location.
